Smoke and mirrors

Disliked: Pool was in the middle of reconstruction and was not notified. The bathroom was dirty and stained. The room did not have all the amenities listed online.

Passable

Disliked: our shower was not clean several hairs where left on the shower walls and draining area.We asked for a blanket which they said that someone would bring but never received it

It was fine for one...

Liked: The location wasn't centrally located, but because we had a car it didn't matter.
Disliked: The heating when it came on, it sounded like a steam ship. It was very noisy.

I checked into the Hilton...

Liked: Very nice room, easy access and clean.
Disliked: When booking the property through booking.com I was given a final total due at site, when arrived the charge was $20 more for a “room fee”. I was not authorized the additional fee since I didn’t know about it ahead of time through my work. Also the smoke alarm had a very very bright flashing light that kept me up all night- it was so bright (every 6 seconds or so), that I could actually see with my eyes closed!- the lady at the front desk said I should put a bandaid over it… when I check iin I asked about having dinner, and the restaurant site is not apparently open on weekends, the website doesn’t mention this and the paper at the desk didn’t mention this either.
