Liked: The location was fine. We had no trouble getting around or finding stores, etc.,
Disliked: The bathroom toilet is very low to the floor and there was no grab bar or handle to help getting up. People with even a slight handicap or Parkinson’s, would have had a difficult time.

Poor

Liked: Close to the airport.
Disliked: No counter room in the bathroom. Beds and pillows were awful. So expensive.

Not attentive to quest needs/requests.

Liked: Nice Bistro and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Took 3 times to get the room we requested. We kept requesting a walk-in shower as the quest could not step over a tub shower wall and they kept sending us to hearing impaired rooms with shower tubs. After the 3rd attempt the room keys would not work. Each time we had to walk back to the lobby to either change the room or get keys that worked. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the neighboring rooms.

Liked: Stayed here for just one night but I like the fact it was close to downtown, staff was friendly and the room was clean and had the shower was great

Started off looking forward to...

Liked: The bed was mostly comfortable
Disliked: I stayed during a storm they shut-off the elevator & put me on the 3rd floor. The electric went out for 3 days during Milton storm. They had no generator, entirely un prepared ! Their guests wondered through dark hallways. It was a sad state of affairs
