Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Me and my boss had to help a person we did not know. She was trapped in the left elevator for over 30 minutes. We called the front desk to let them know and they were very short with us. We went back to the elevator and tried to calm the lady down letting her know we were getting help for her. When two employees showed up, they were on the phone with the elevator repair person. He was on speaker phone with them. We heard him tell the employee that he would not usually talk them through trying to force the door open because it can cut your hand off. The employee he was talking to was, a very young man. We advised him not to take this chance and that this was an emergency as the lady trapped was starting to panic. We told them they needed to call the fire department as they are trained for this. All of the employees, including the man on the phone argued with us that they were better to handle this then the fire department. My boss who is our City Administrator advised them if something happened to the lady or the young employee trying so hard to help with something he was clearly not trained to do, they would have a big liability for the outcome. This is when they lady employee decided to go ahead and call the fire department. Mind you the lady trapped in the elevator could hear everything being said on the outside. When the fire department got on scene they tried to reset the elevator from the first floor. This did not work. So, they came up to the fifth floor where she was stuck. They immediately saw the elevator was several inches below this floor. The firemen advised the employees this was very dangerous to try to force it open. They ask where the main elevator controls were located. The employee told them on the first floor and took them there. Within minutes they had the elevator reset and the door open. We spoke to the lady when she came out of the elevator. She was very shaken as were we. The hotel did offer to buy us all dinner if we were going downstairs.

Superb
Liked: Good
Disliked: At 1:15am, the constant alarm beeping noise woke us up and we were told to go to the front yard, later the firemen from the fire truck told us it was a false alarm! The whole night was ruined! Very annoying but safety was the main concern! Still annoyed!
