Liked: Like the location. The amenities were nice. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: They never made the beds but would change the towels and not give us enough every day. Also, breakfast wasn’t free and the restaurant was expensive .

Overall Absolutely AMAZING!!!

Liked: The Anniversary Surprise Decor and Wine and Chocolates was so very thoughtful and so very pretty. We loved everything about our stay except the Coffee was so disgusting downstairs and served lukewarm.
Disliked: The coffee at the Bistro was served Lukewarm and it was so disgusting.

Liked: The location was great because we really enjoy Baytowne. The decor was very nice and the pool area looked great.
Disliked: The elevator was slow and there was only one. The mattress was too firm and I could hear traffic all night. The air conditioner rattled most of the first night until we got up and put something on it. We prefer a free breakfast or at least coffee.

Beachfront isn't the best location,...

Liked: It's location is amazing, it's right outside the warf community gates. The lobby is very inviting and relaxing. We actually just hung out in the lobby for a while even our toddler son liked it. The staff was warm and friendly.
Disliked: Slightly noisy, but that's expected with a full hotel of vacationers.
