Liked: In Miramar pretty close to a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: My room had a ceiling leak situation. The washer and dryers did not operate properly. The rooms are dated needs TLC.

Liked: Bed was comfortable enough and the room was quiet at night.
Disliked: This was my first visit to Puerto Rico and I had expected a modern comfortable hotel in a nice location. Instead, I found a rather tired 1980s establishment in great need of updating. The location is not great - a busy street with a couple of nice independent coffee shops/retaurants, but also a Subway and a rather low-end supermarket. The first room I was assigned reverberated to the sound of the elevator every minute, so I asked to be moved - the room I was given was smaller, with a view of rundown apartment blocks and the street. Not at all what I was expecting for the exorbitant price. I understand this may be a busy holiday season - but last month I stayed in a far, far nicer hotel in Singapore during Chinese New Year holiday for half the price.

Disliked: We needed to check out and wait (going on a cruise); a large number of other guests were also waiting, so no place to sit, no ability to sit outside by the pool; staff took no responsibility for luggage stored in the lobby while we waited.

Disliked: Bathroom door didn’t close well and toilet seat didn’t stay up due to the counter top (male issue). Large gap between elevator and floor caused suitcase wheel to get caught and damaged (did not mention to hotel staff).
