Superb

Liked: Great place. Seems like they recently remodeled, and it looks really nice. They had a great security guard that guards the front at night and have a really good restaurant inside. The staff was super friendly. We have clean towels and sheets every day.. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was super good and left my curly hair looking amazing.
Disliked: The location was not ideal but the security guard made it okay.

Liked: What I liked about this hotel was the area, employees and the safety of the hotel. Each employee was caring and very considerate as well as patient. As for the area it felt like we could almost every where and then used street carts to get to around and to pier 39. For the safety, they had great safety measures one of them being the front doors lock at 6pm and the hotel as well as the elevators being key access only. I highly recommend this hotel

Disliked: Billing mistake, there is still a $400 pending charges on my debit card that has not been released 5 days after our stay there, it was a prepaid booking thru Booking.com, but was still billed in error on my card and still has not been reversed after theyve promised a prompt action will be taken for their error, an unnecessary inconvenience.

Liked: The view from our room was nice. The valet and front desk were professional.
Disliked: The room and elevator were extremely small for a family of three with a baby. The crib provided was not a crib, it was a pack and play that had not been washed. The beds were covered in red fuzz as if they had either not been washed since the last guests or had been washed with red blankets. We could not connect to the Wi-Fi even after following all of the instructions. Our key cards stopped working and we had to get new ones from the front. The bathroom had no counter space, no window, and no fan, just a light switch.
