Liked: This hotel is well located and provides comfort due to the pool view. The hotel service staff were friendly and gave me detailed explanations and guidance. In particular, an employee named Haley met all my needs and guided me kindly. The room I was initially assigned had a bad smell, so I asked for another room, and she assigned me a room in good condition. The housekeepers were also friendly. It was great to spend time with my family at the pool, and the balcony was good for air circulation.
Disliked: A little bit of footsteps between the floors

Liked: Friendly staff. Very clean.
Disliked: The Bistro restaurant inside says they close at 11am I arrived at 1034 and they said they were closed. They didn't explain why after I asked.

Nicest place I've stayed in...

Liked: Spa is nice.Nice looking room. Very nice, quiet location.Walking distance to Carl Strauss Brewing Co....Nice Japanese garden there..The pork chops were the best I've had in my life.
Disliked: Grab Bar for the shower, but not for very low toilet. No vent fan in bathrm. Couldn't open ground level screen door at night for security. Had to rely on noisy climate control that blew cold air on me every 1/2 hr when the air temp outside was in the low 60's.. $15 to park their lot...What?? It's not downtown...
