Housekeeping is invasive and inappropriate

Disliked: At 10 am my door was knocked on by Ana Ramos the head of housekeeping, less than 2 seconds later she opens the door. I had just gotten out of the shower thankfully I had a towel on. I closed the door in her face. At 1130 I took most of my things to my car. My room key was changed immediately locking me out for over 30 minutes. After I regained access to my room and the remainder of my things I proceeded to get ready Christmas morning because I hadn't completed getting ready before the trail of bothersome experiences. After 10 minutes in the bathroom I realized the room I had stayed in overnight became a Haven for the maintenance man and four other housekeepers. It was very awkward to have to have a room full of people after spending $200 on a room for one night. I won't be returning to this location the lack of privacy is astounding cannot believe my room was opened up seconds after a light knock. Even more bothersome my key card was closed out even though I hadn't checked out yet and it was before the checkout time. The smug disgusting way I was treated by Ana Ramos is absolutely appalling. It was an embarrassing and regretful stay because of my experiences.

Very pleased with the stay...

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again when I’m back in town. It was close by the places I needed to be at. I we like to thank the management and staff for the hospitality.
Disliked: I have no complaints .

Liked: Very clean. The room and bathroom looked great. The bed was comfortable. Quiet.
Disliked: Things were hard to find. A better place for a hair dryer is in the bathroom. It may not look minimalistic to have one mounted next to the sink, but finding a hairdryer easily is important. I couldn't find it. The lighting isn't that easy to figure out. This is a small thing, but it could be Marriott would want to know - if there's a future renovation, a different shower drain might be a good choice. It makes a loud chiming sound when water hits it.

Disliked: 1. A/C thermostat did not work properly. Room stayed very hot.2. Raw sewage back-washed up thru the bathroom sink. Smell was bad.3. Handicap parking is inadequate.

Liked: Modern and refreshingly decorated. Friendly staff and convenient restaurant onsite. Most pleasant stay.

Liked: It’s location, its modern decor, the color scheme, and friendly staff
Disliked: The toilet leak, the mold under the entire rim of the sink ( noticed it when I sat on the toilet), the missed day of housekeeping on our fourth day, and more hooks are needed in the bathroom to hang towels.
