Will stay there again

Liked: The property was very clean and contemporary. And Itzani, I think that is her name, was very pleasant to work with. She was very helpful and great at customer service.

Overall will be becoming a...

Liked: It was conveniently located, very well maintained, and nicely maintained. I was very pleased with the quality of the room and establishment.
Disliked: The evening front desk agent was less than welcoming and helpful. She was very unbecoming and seemed to not want to be bothered. Even when asked where the restroom was.

Overpriced for mediocre accommodations.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room we first had, had food left in the refrigerator from the last guests. It also did not have any hot water, so we asked to move rooms. The front desk staff was kind enough to move us, but unfortunately, the new room also did not have hot water—only lukewarm. For this price, a hot shower should be included. Location is also next to a police station, and not very attractive. For $320/night, this is way overpriced!
