In town for a performance at the House of Blues which was next door! My niece was performing and the ability to walk out the door and into the venue was priceless. Hotel was superb.

Liked: Location was great. Valet service necessary and available at 2am. All personnel helpful.

Had a very nice one night stay; would definitely return to this hotel; it's in a perfect location and didn't lack any commodity.

Liked: Clean; comfortable; quiet; location.
Disliked: No onsite parking; $40/day valet.

Disliked: Just creepy at 2AM the people next door opened their side of the door that connects the room and started being creepy.

It was comfortable yet again...

Liked: Liked the room service efficiency
Disliked: Our neighbors had their music blasting when we were trying to put the kids to bed and were told they were allowed to until 10pm

Liked: Perfect location, close to gaslamp area where all the restaurants are. Very beautiful inside, historic, vintage look and Staff very friendly
Disliked: That breakfast was not included in the price for the room
