In town for a performance at the House of Blues which was next door! My niece was performing and the ability to walk out the door and into the venue was priceless. Hotel was superb.

Liked: Location was great. Valet service necessary and available at 2am. All personnel helpful.

Had a very nice one night stay; would definitely return to this hotel; it's in a perfect location and didn't lack any commodity.

Disliked: Room wasn’t fully cleaned, towels had stains and carpet was stained, room service was scheduled to come but never showed on any of the 4 days we stayed there, the rooms are incredibly stuffy & you pay more for a city view only to have an ugly view of the bank.

Disliked: I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend getaway at the Courtyard Marriott, but unfortunately, my experience was far from restful. While the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, the mattress in my room was incredibly uncomfortable. It was so firm that I had trouble sleeping and woke up with significant back pain. This really affected my ability to enjoy the trip, as I left feeling more tired than when I arrived. I expected more comfort for the price, and I hope the hotel will address this issue for future guests.

Disliked: Check-in was super late, room was not ready. When we checked in finally room was still dirty, there was some trash on the floor.Hotel charged twice. We paid through booking.com and they charged us again afterwards.
