Great clean room with an easy walk to the Belly up Bar. Nice Staff.

Liked: I didn't eat at the bistro. The location is great!
Disliked: The rooms are cheaply redone. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the shower is tiny (closet is bigger), the fan/light in the bathroom is extremely loud, no full length mirror, and I could hear everything through the walls of the guest in the next room.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Great value. Large room high ceiling very spacious. The overall feeling is very pleasant.
Disliked: No path to access beech even though it’s in a short distance.

Liked: 72 hrs b4 1stRoom Service !Hotel was clean - but no coffee/tea in the lobby offered to guests as a complimentary welcome..Guess the effort was to sell the coffee and teas in their Bistro patio store??Pool was fine . Jacuzzi completely undersized - for a hotel of that size..Staff friendly -Also - some staff offered a bottle of water to their guests - others tried to charge the guests???

Liked: The location was great and centralized.
Disliked: There were little bugs all over the bathroom and the hot tub was out of commission during our entire stay.

Liked: The location was great, the staff overall was very friendly. Initially, they gave a terrible room, very far on the outside corridor, terrible view, I let them know if there was something else, since I was going to be there a whole week, they instantly accommodated me to a better location/view. The room was bigger then expected and nice, clean and the bed was comfy. The walls a bit thin, I could hear the TV from the room next door. Their AC/Heater unit worked great. Shower was good, good water pressure. The staff at their little Bistro was super nice, the food was pricey but tasty. I ate there as few times.
Disliked: At some point the TV Remote was not working, I let them know and they said they would send someone and never did, I managed to make it work myself.I ran out of toilet paper (my fault had the disturbed sign) I called and they asked me to come down to the reception and I did and there they told me they did not have any there; they did send someone to my room a few minutes later...so I had to leave my room for nothing!
