We stayed one night and it was enjoyable; staff was very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Very clean hotel.
Disliked: Hotel bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night.

Liked: A lot of broken appliances/light fixtures in our room. Always hit and miss, this time we got the short end of the stick. There are hotel chains that are more consistent quality. Check in and out are always easy though.

Disliked: Indoor pool was closed, no notice online or website. Building is and waa being remodeled. Checked in around 6pm and no towels by pool where empty, there was netting and caution tape across pool areas. No breakfast included. Looks different online than in person. TV was am old school plasma. Has about 13 channels. Elevator takes a while to be called. Also noticed staff behind the bar area give me some attitude simply cause I threw trash into the trashcan .. he went and emptied the bag out completely judt for one bag of trash I threw in there and made a very rude and mean mugg face towards me and my family. Very unprofessional.

Liked: The restaurant Rep had a much better service . The food had descent pricing and was thankful it was open late.
Disliked: I was expecting a little more friendlier customer service at the front desk. I checked in a little late, however the greeting was not welcoming.The elevator was extremely slow, dirty, and had to go back to my car to put the parking garage waiver after the fact.

Comfortable lodging with overall good...

Liked: The location was perfect as we were visiting family nearby. The rooms were clean and had enough room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Despite many families there, it was quiet at night. Everyone was very friendly. We liked being able to get coffee and breakfast on site.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were not working. The outdoor pool was pretty chilly and the swim up bar was never open as far as we could tell. The bar looked great but they only used the counter area for service. It did not look staffed at night for a drink which left only the 24 hour market, which was limited. We walked over to the gas station for snacks. Maybe these are more seasonable? If so, it should have been stated on website.

Liked: It was very clean, it didn’t have that stinky smell of old carpet, the beds were pretty comfortable and it’s in a pretty good location.
Disliked: That it didn’t have a microwave in the room. Other than that everything else was good.
