Disliked: Was charged $250 pet fee which was not disclosed to me at booking which was online

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Yes. There was not breakfast 10:00 am. And no microwave in room. Both of the things were mentioned when I booked this hotel.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub are not available

Disappointing

Disliked: We booked it specifically for the pool for our kids, only a day before we arrived. When we arrived they told us the pool was closed (though we could use the pool at another hotel). Super disappointed they didn't communicate the pool was closed.

Disliked: Reserved 2 queens beds. Was given room with 1 bed. Front staff said you are only guaranteed room not the type.
