Great rooms and perfect location....

Liked: The staff was fantastic, and the room design was impeccable. However, the breakfast was quite simple and not worth the price, so we opted to skip it this time.
Disliked: Contactless payments are not accepted due to cost reasons. This nowadays seems not the right decision, especially given the price of the rooms.

Disliked: You should consider offering a lower rate for people stuck at the airport through no fault of their own. I was at your hotel for less than 6 hours and paid a bit much for that. It's like you stick it to people stranded with very few choices. Airline would not reimburse me for this room so I incurred an additional unexpected 159$ on my trip. As a reward member with your chain I feel a special last minute deal for someone arriving after midnight should be considered.
