Wasted money and will avoid...

Liked: Close to the sporting field my child was playing on.
Disliked: Everything was old and well used. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom needed an upgrade. Felt like I was using an outhouse toilet. Shower pressure was extremely low. The building smelled really bad. It wasn’t a great place for young children when you hookers leaving the building. Not a continental breakfast makes it a waste of money for the stay. The room I requested was given away by time I checked in. Hospitality was horrible by the staff.

Nice hotel, good value, check...

Liked: Really weren’t at the property much except to sleep, as we were in town for a evening mass and funeral. But it seemed clean and well kept.
Disliked: We came in around midnight and the automatic sliding doors were wide open and no one was at the front desk. It just didn’t seem very secure. Also, parking is a challenge with two large hotels right next to each other. We had to park near the other hotel and walk to this one. Late at night, and not in the best area. Lastly, I had prepaid for the breakfast and it was a hassle. They didn’t have a record so I had to show them the confirmation with breakfast included. Then they charged me for it after we checked out and I had to call back 3 times to get them to refund me. Ot was finally taken care of, but had I not stayed on top of it, I would have been charged twice.

Liked: Location and nice room
Disliked: No water in room. A keurig would have been nice and pillows were flat.

I’d probably stay again if...

Liked: It was in a safe area of Salinas which I really was grateful for. The staff members were super awesome and kind.
Disliked: I didn’t like that you had to pay an additional 12 a day for parking and you had to pay for breakfast. Super over priced for basic food.
