IT WAS THE SECOND TIME...

Liked: HOW CLOSE IT WAS TO ST MARY'S HOSPITAL
Disliked: THE BATHROOM WASNT AS CLEAN AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. THE STAFF WASNT VERY FRIENDLY! WHEN I GOT HOME I DISCOVERED I HAD TWO CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE SAME NIGHT. I HAD BOOKED THE ROOM ON BOOKINGS.COM AND PREPAID BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND THEN MARRIOTT ALSO CHARGED ME FOR THE STAY AND THEIR CHARGE WAS HIGHER BECAUSE OF A PARKING FEE. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TWO BILLS THEY GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE BOOKINGS.COM AMOUNT AND NOT THE HIGHER MARRIOT CHARGE!

Nice place to stay when...

Liked: The location next was convenient for visits to Mayo. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was convenient.
Disliked: The tv is mounted on the desk and when swiveled toward the bed, you couldn't see the entire tv.

Another comfortable stay in a...

Liked: Convenient location with free shuttle access to Mayo Clinic. The bar area is cozy and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great food at the restaraunt, as well.
Disliked: Not a fan of bar soap and the flimsy toilet tissue in gthe bathroom.
