Liked: excellent parking-facility; location of the hotel in proximity to the city-center as well as some of the most important museums; very spacious, generously and practically equipped room

Liked: Stayed for a couple of nights and the staff make it, all very friendly and nothing too much trouble.It’s a very modern hotel, with great facilities.The food and drinks choices are also good and I’d recommend staying here.

Disliked: I did not have a breakfast included rate, and found out you can only purchase lobby coffee, no guest coffee bar. Breakfast was very expensive ($14 avocado toast. Passed.) Not usual for big name hotel chains.

Liked: The room was clean and quite spacious. The staff was very friendly and helped us with leisure advice.
Disliked: The most disappointing aspect was the cafeteria, especially at breakfast. Not only did we have to wait a long time for our order, but it was also brought to us incorrectly 3 (three!!!) times.

Liked: Cleanliness. Front desk staff was super efficient and everyone was friendly. Check-in and Check-out was easy.
