All the staff were very hospitable and helpful. Very clean accommodation; good free parking; comfy beds; suitable amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasurable and comfortable.

Liked: Staff was friendly and everything was clean.
Disliked: The only thing that I can say negative is that this hotel is in a rough section of Roanoke.

Liked: The bed was nice, and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The pillows were basically flat, the Jacuzzi was out of service and apparently had been for awhile. Also I was overcharged by $30 without warning. I was told the money should be returned in a few days, but I'll believe that when I see it.

Liked: Comfortable beds, convenient to airport (free 24 hr shuttle) nice hot tub, pool and exercise rooms. Nice restaurant, and pleasant lobby with fireplace. Got snowed in for four days and was a cozy pleasant place to be stuck.
Disliked: Nothing. Will definitely be back.
