I'll definitely stay there again and again. We visit Richmond throughout the year. Rates were good. Friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent location; nice decor; comfortable beds; loved the open showers but my wife missed not having a tub. The couch in the room was really nice. Large flat screen TV with swivel wall mount.
Disliked: It would've been nice if the full bar was open for business more.

Disliked: We booked through Booking.com and our room included breakfast. We were there for 4 nights and were charged for breakfast two of the four mornings. Breakfast had to be ordered and served. We would have preferred a simpler breakfast buffet so we could have gotten food quicker.

Liked: Location was good. I'm glad that we did not use valet parking for $32 because we parked in the same garage used by the valet and the gates were up when we left in the morning, so we effectively received free parking.
Disliked: Expensive. Tried to book into another location, but it was full.
