I'll definitely stay there again and again. We visit Richmond throughout the year. Rates were good. Friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent location; nice decor; comfortable beds; loved the open showers but my wife missed not having a tub. The couch in the room was really nice. Large flat screen TV with swivel wall mount.
Disliked: It would've been nice if the full bar was open for business more.

Nice hotel, friendly and efficient...

Disliked: The noise. Kept awake to 2.00 am by the incessant (and awful) drumming at a party in the courtyard. If you are going to host an event, set a reasonable cut off.

Liked: Close proximity to everywhere we needed to go. Staff was very friendly and customer-facing.
Disliked: Very poor cell and internet service, beds were not that comfortable and there is a strong need for an actual parking lot or more available valet.

Heart of downtown Richmond

Liked: My other booking fell through and we had to scramble to find something. Its a little pricey, but we walked to eat and walked to the Capitol so that was really nice. Parking across the street was reasonable.

Liked: The Staff was amazing and very friendly especially the valet parking staff, and bartender Christian.
Disliked: The parking in the area is not good for someone who doesn’t want valet parking
