I'll definitely stay there again and again. We visit Richmond throughout the year. Rates were good. Friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent location; nice decor; comfortable beds; loved the open showers but my wife missed not having a tub. The couch in the room was really nice. Large flat screen TV with swivel wall mount.
Disliked: It would've been nice if the full bar was open for business more.

Disliked: Paid for breakfast as part of the hotel package. Very confusing how to get our purchased breakfast. Staff was not that helpful figuring it out. Waited over 45 minutes for a breakfast burrito and eggs. They ended up charging me even though a pre paid.
