Liked: The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, and the lobby was inviting.
Disliked: The back patio needs a good cleaning, and the furniture out there (cushions particularly) needs to be replaced. There were cigarettes/cigars just randomly propped on things as if they were waiting for the owner to come back and finish smoking them. There are 100% non-smoking facility signs, but an ashtray is present. A designated smoking area would be best to control the smell and litter of smokers. The heating/cooling unit in the room was SO loud, and kicked on and off constantly, and the balcony windows on the sliding glass doors were filthy dirty. The balcony is a beautiful feature, but the dirty windows negated the beauty. The 2-night stay met but did not come close to exceeding my expectations.
