Liked: Room and facilities were very nice and clean and comfortable, front desk staff very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Just over the river is a bit of a rough area. Staff working in the bistro were not very friendly. Walked up to the counter 3 times, the person working behind would not look up and acknowledge us. Person in the evening was very frustrated that it was so busy at 10pm around closing time. Morning person acted like they wished I wasn't there.

Good location in Reno.

Liked: Location was good for Reno. The room was good. The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: I had to pay for the parking, $15 per night. Many accommodations had free parking, but not this one. There was no free breakfast, not even a continental breakfast.
