Liked: Proximity to downtown.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff cursing at one another in the early am hours of News Year’s day. Not exactly a great start to the New Year.

Was great outside but not...

Liked: Just the area is nice
Disliked: First the smell in that room is as awful and second room service doesn’t seem to work at all we asked for more towels and didn’t give us any and we asked for more coffee cups didn’t get those either for these past two days and the people above us kept being loud and it wasn’t a pleasant stay at all.

Liked: The Starbuck's menu was great. The staff was by far the best I've met at a hotel.

Liked: Room and facilities were very nice and clean and comfortable, front desk staff very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Just over the river is a bit of a rough area. Staff working in the bistro were not very friendly. Walked up to the counter 3 times, the person working behind would not look up and acknowledge us. Person in the evening was very frustrated that it was so busy at 10pm around closing time. Morning person acted like they wished I wasn't there.
