Staff unable to make any changes since I didn't book directly. That won't happen again.

Disliked: Booked through this site, was not given a king room. Had a 2 queen room. Coffee machine in room was broken.

Hotel was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Disliked: Hotel did not offer breakfast, at minimum fruits/ yogurt or Coffee Even. We had to pay for Coffee on their onsite starbucks which was $15 for 3 small coffee that where not fresh made, they were cold, it was pre made coffee, wasn't good. Waste of $15 we threw them away and went to Wawa down the street.

Disliked: The building was under construction, There was no one at the front desk when we got there, actually, there was no front desk. the sink in the room was clogged. the sheets on one bed were dirty. this loud unit by the window turned on in the middle of the night. even the staff was complaining that they said this has been going on since November.

Liked: Perfect location for a quick visit to see family in the area. Room was clean.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that there was no mention of the construction being performed.Besides the location, I also chose the hotel based on the indoor pool, so it was disappointed to not know if was closed as well as the fitness center.

Disliked: I paid in advance through booking but the property charged me again from the card I put on file for amenities- I have called 4 times, each time I am told my card will be credited & it still hasn’t been & it’s almost a month now.
