Staff unable to make any changes since I didn't book directly. That won't happen again.

Disliked: Booked through this site, was not given a king room. Had a 2 queen room. Coffee machine in room was broken.

Hotel was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Terrible. Not what expected. Waste...

Liked: Location. Luckily there were things to do around the hotel since there was nothing to do there.
Disliked: We chose this hotel because of the pool and the fitness room. Our plan was to do to the Kozier light show but when booking the reservation we obtained an early arrival so my son and grandson could take advantage of the pool and I could use the fitness room. When we checked in we were given the key to our room. Once we took our stuff to the room we decided to have the kids change into their swimsuitsAnd go swimming. We went to the front desk and asked where the pool was and we were only them told the pool was being remodeled. My grandson was crying because that is all he was talking about. Myself and husband were furious. No where on any paperwork, website or confirmation did it say the pool was not available. I will be contacting the hotel for some type of reimbursement. Had I known there was no pool I would have stayed elsewhere. Also, I had to spend money I didn’t have elsewhere to occupy the boys because there was NOTHING to do at the hotel. Also the fitness room was being updated. Again was not told about that as well. Terrible experience!!! 200.00 wasted!!!

Disliked: Beds and pillows are VERY uncomfortable. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Only one elevator working.

Disliked: There was blood on the fitted sheet of one of the queen beds, there was toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom, beds were super uncomfortable.
