Staff unable to make any changes since I didn't book directly. That won't happen again.

Disliked: Booked through this site, was not given a king room. Had a 2 queen room. Coffee machine in room was broken.

Hotel was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

They should have told us...

Disliked: The building was under construction, There was no one at the front desk when we got there, actually, there was no front desk. the sink in the room was clogged. the sheets on one bed were dirty. this loud unit by the window turned on in the middle of the night. even the staff was complaining that they said this has been going on since November.

Pleasant

Liked: Perfect location for a quick visit to see family in the area. Room was clean.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that there was no mention of the construction being performed.Besides the location, I also chose the hotel based on the indoor pool, so it was disappointed to not know if was closed as well as the fitness center.

Disliked: I paid in advance through booking but the property charged me again from the card I put on file for amenities- I have called 4 times, each time I am told my card will be credited & it still hasn’t been & it’s almost a month now.

Liked: Location and our room was nice
Disliked: We did not have hot water when we needed to shower before bed. The hotel is under renovations, there is no breakfast restaurant or vending as advertised and the pool is closed as well.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was very clean & beautiful house keeping was very friendly the check in front desk girl was great.
Disliked: Where to start, i usually don't complain for little things, but this one was unexpectable when we woke up I went to brush my teeth & shower & to my surprise there was no water at all!!! Understandably, a piped was hit during construction, but we were not notified, especially since it happened around 9am & I got up around 10. We called & that's when we found out. No water was provided to at least brush our teeth. No notice nothing when I went to check out they charged me an extra $30 on my bill I asked why she said it's a $20 deposit i said ok but yall took an extra $30 then she says we'll it's $4 to park wait what No one told me that but ok $4 whatever what about the other $6 & she had no answer. But bedides that nothing was offered for no water in the room to shower nor brush our teeth, not even a sorry. My husband had to go find water bottles for us. I was so upset. We saw the manager in the elevator. The only thing she said was ugh it's been a long morning already. I had to rush here because a pipe burst. Laughed & kept going. It was unexpectable and ridiculous. I honestly didn't even care there was construction going on in every corner & it was a good look but that was ok for me. They definitely lost a customer i was so upset I paid $170 for the night to have no water.
