Underwhelming and disappointing to say...

Liked: Overall the stay was ok but disappointing. The room was nice overall and there was a large bathroom. I really liked the ability to watch Netflix on the tv (using own account log in) and the tap card key was easier to use versus having to slide or swipe a card when your hands are full.
Disliked: I had high expectations due to the amount of money paid that there would be more than just 2 pillows on each bed. There was no fan in the bathroom for either the shower steam or when using the restroom. And I have never in my travels to many different hotels/places ever seen a refrigerator as tiny as the one in my room. It was smaller than the small microwave and barely fit 4 bottles of water let alone anything else, such as leftover food etc. I was not impressed with that at all and very disappointed. The shower appeared nice at first except there is no curtain or sliding door to keep the water from spraying all over the floor and bathmat close to the exit of the shower. The floor and bathmat got all wet. And again, no fan to suck the moisture out while showering. The toilet paper was thin and like sandpaper. Not impressed for the amount of money paid per night. There was no hook on the back of the door or on the wall or anything in the bathroom to hang a robe or clothes at all. And no alarm clock in the room either. I had also expected a continental breakfast included for the amount of money I paid per night. Every other hotel I have ever stayed at (many different ones) have a continental breakfast of some kind. I realize there is a restaurant in the lobby or Bistro or whatever, but not even given a complimentary card at check in for a discounted meal or breakfast item included with the room. Really? Very disappointed as I know I have had better quality and better stays at less expensive hotels.

Should have stayed at Motel...

Liked: Would've been a nice stay, if the shuttle I was promised actually showed up.
Disliked: I was told the exact time my the airport shuttle would arrive, and ensured it would arrive.Come early morning, there is no shuttle- so I try to frantically find and Uber/lyft....but there is none because is so early on the AM. City taxi was also not open until 6, the same time as my flight. So $50 later I got a private taxi to travel the short distance to the airport. This made the room $50 more expensive than it needed to be and frankly nearly cost me a plane ticket as well. The front desk never offered to help- and when asked for help, offered nothing more than shrugged shoulders.Ruined experience-
