Pleasant but not work the...

Liked: The decor was nice, quiet and welcoming.
Disliked: Several issues that were surprising, room services is not daily, no free breakfast, trash not removed from room, internet went out unable to use tv, staff working desk and cafe at same time.

Very turned off of courtyard....

Liked: The breakfast oatmeal was very bad it came out not cooked! It took 20 minutes to get the coffee late and I was the only one at the cafe!
Disliked: The front desk was very rude twice. I left because they couldn't get my tv to work they said they had problems with all the tvs not synching for a couple of the floors. Since I was there for visiting my mother in hospice I wanted a working tv.
