Would do it again.

Liked: Service was awesome.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The employees that worked there were awesome.
Disliked: There was too much noise from the neighbors; the walls are paper thin. Sorry.

Great hotel and excellent location. Stayed one night after attending a jazz concert. The room was clean and comfortable and no noise.

Frustrating, not welcoming after a...

Liked: I liked the beds
Disliked: The shower did not work, the water overflowed while taking a shower. The water would not drain. When staff was informed they said they would call maintenance. It was not fixed the rest of the family could not take a shower. They made me pay a 100 dollar fee for my pet after calling my room stating they did not see the pet which my children was carrying while I was checking in. I had to initial a page long of things I will be responsible for if there was damage.

Disliked: Dogs barking...waking me up at 5am, poor housekeeping service....only one time...and that was only a so called refresh. Staff always forgetful on bringing stuff as requested.

Liked: I love how everything was close, it was my first time staying in Raleigh and we loved it. Hope to visit again soon.
