Liked: The employees that worked there were awesome.
Disliked: There was too much noise from the neighbors; the walls are paper thin. Sorry.

Great hotel and excellent location. Stayed one night after attending a jazz concert. The room was clean and comfortable and no noise.

Liked: The two ladies at the desk were beneficial and accommodating, I booked my stay for the wrong dates and they were able to adjust it. I enjoyed my stay, it was convenient in regards to shopping and food I didn't have to travel far.

Disliked: Parking lot didn’t surround entire building, only one elevator, and hair in bathrooms/showers/blankets. When checked in with Caucasian woman up front, did not receive complimentary waters, but when our room was switched 5 minutes later with African American woman, we received them. Thank you to her!
