Liked: It was nice to stay there and staff was courteous and welcoming
Disliked: I went to pool in the pool in the morning. I’m not what exactly was wrong with water, after swimming my eyes started hurting and started irritation along with pain & water also. At first I thought it might get better after a while but it got worst after waiting 3 hours. I had to go to pharmacy to buy something that would help me, so got an eye ointment and applied. It gave me some relief like 30% so have to apply for another 2-3 days. I can show proof of receipt and my own pic applying to my eyes.So I dunno how to bring this to the management’s attention but YES I had real problem this time :(

Dinner at a hotel restaurant--...

Liked: Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. A refrigerator and microwave was a bonus.Great shower!
Disliked: The hotel restaurant experience could be greatly improved. The ambient temperature was so cold that we were wearing dinner napkins to keep some warmth in. The table surface was cold enough to keep raw meat from spoiling.Our dinner arrived 90 minutes after we placed our order due to only 1 person in the kitchen-- it was a ridiculous wait.My meal arrived with my burger bun toasted into charcoal but I didn't complain because I was so hungry by then.I ordered a croissant for breakfast and it was quite stale.Very disappointed. The service however was quite friendly and I know they were doing the best they could under the circumstances that management had created.
