Liked: Clean. Cougar spirit!
Disliked: Waiting in line for breakfast. We had prepaid for breakfast but still had to wait with all the others that still needed to pay. Short staffed in kitchen, food choices limited.

I am really impressed, and...

Liked: The staff was really nice. I can’t remember her name, but she works from like three to nighttime I guess. She was very helpful, and I really appreciate that she helped me out with a charger. She is really the only one that I interrupted with at the hotel, and I really want to give her a shout out.
Disliked: There was actually nothing that I didn’t like. I wish that the little bistro had an hour or so during the lunchtime, but other than that, the day was great! Especially since it was a very last-minute reservation from a canceled flight.
