Marriott has lost the luxury!

Disliked: COURT YARD BY MARRIOT, Woodbridge, VA With this particular facility, my husband and I stayed going to our destination and returning home from our destination. With the first stay, we had asked for a handicapped room. Our impression:1. Towels hanging on rods right above the commode.2. Handicapped room with elementary school toilet...low to-ground kiddie commode.3. No rail next to the toilet.4. No nightlight.5. No complimentary breakfast.6. Very unenthused employee at the front desk7. Room was small.With the second stay...a few days later...we got a regular room.Our impresion:1. Assisted at front desk by a lovely manager who, I believe, was named Grace.2-3. Regular room was spacious, but....I'm assuming All the rooms are equipped with these non adult size toilets.4. I don't like my clean towels hanging by the toilet.

Liked: Location is great! The staff upon checking in Wednesday evening, the Thursday morning and Sunday Morning staff were very helpful. The bistro staff was amazing! She was alone for all 4 mornings and did an amazing service despite the lack of help, busyness and limited to no food inventory.
Disliked: Pet hair was in the room as well has long hair in/on the clean towels upon checking in. We stayed for 4 nights with per-purchased breakfast for all 4 mornings for my family of 8 as I booked two rooms, 2 of the mornings there was no eggs and 3 of the mornings no bacon.
