Noisy and non-functioning amenities

Disliked: Highway traffic noise was terrible…why don’t the room fans work to block out the traffic noise at night? Hot and cold water on bathroom sink were reversed, toilet barely flushed and TV didn’t work (no way to change channels) plus it randomly turned on in middle of the night. Bring back the complimentary breakfast bar.

Liked: Felicia is as delightful and enormously helpful. Nicole made the room beautifully and I saw not on speck of dust
