Liked: It was snowing and the roads were covered with ice, but the staff were available for check in, breakfast and check out
Disliked: The website said there was a pool, but there wasn't.

Hotel staff did not go...

Liked: Location
Disliked: We had an issue with the toilet in our room it wasn’t flushing properly. I let the front desk know and they said the manager went and checked and it was flushing which it semi flushed but nothing went down all the way so by the time we left after 2 days our toilet was like an outhouse toilet. When I asked for some kind of compensation they said because I booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything for me. We’ve stayed there for the last 10 years for our girls Christmas shopping trip but won’t stay there again.
