Disliked: We had an issue with the toilet in our room it wasn’t flushing properly. I let the front desk know and they said the manager went and checked and it was flushing which it semi flushed but nothing went down all the way so by the time we left after 2 days our toilet was like an outhouse toilet. When I asked for some kind of compensation they said because I booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything for me. We’ve stayed there for the last 10 years for our girls Christmas shopping trip but won’t stay there again.

WORST STAY EVER

Liked: Not much staff was polite.
Disliked: The suite was next to the entrance to check in and the cars parking. The car lights people yelling cars left, running out our two windows all night, then the commercial washer and dryer being slammed all night long. Ugggh got up at 600am for breakfast that was included in our booking . Told we had to pay . Spoke w Roxsann told to pay . Even for coffee in the lobby and breakfast. My husband came back to the room, and then Roxsann called our room 115. She told us she saw that breakfast was included, apologized.. So my husband again tried to get breakfast and coffee at the food bar, and the employee in the food bar insisted we had to pay company policy. even for coffee, my husband told her it was included thru Booking.com, and her front desk just called our room she refused to verify this situation with her front desk manager. My husband paid 10.00 for cold burnt Starbucks coffee. (I was just trying to get me coffee because i woke up with a migraine due to the lack of sleep. ) We packed and had to leave to get real coffee and food. I told the front desk this stay was a big failure. We were first-time guests. I know why . I prefer to stay at a Hilton property's. This hotel had good review. I can't figure that out .The managerr was to call me but never did I want money back!!!!! Worst stay ever!! Booking .com refund me my money in going to dispute with America express I was sick all day that I was to spend with my Grandson that we came to visit.then drive home 3.5 hours with a migraine. Unacceptable!!
