I found the rooms to be very clean. The staff are excellent. The whole hotel in general was clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

Nightmare location, careless reception, rust...

Disliked: I reserved a king room with a sofa. They gave us a small queen bed room instead, next to a very loud power area. The shower had rust on the walls. The towel bar broke when I tried to hang a towel over the bar. The hotel is in a horrible location. Open drug use and people high sleeping in their cars everywhere. We were worried that are car would be broken into or stolen during the night. They have underground parking, it was full and difficult to get around in. We were told to park at their sister hotel. That had cut open fences and homeless camps, trash everywhere. No security was seen anywhere. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. I am shocked that it has so many positive reviews.

Would not hesitate to choose...

Liked: The staff was excellent, facility was clean, Modern and in good shape, bed and pillows are needing to be up dated though. Breakfast was delicious and priced fair for what it was.

Liked: Everything but most the indoor pool and hot tub and the courtyard!!
Disliked: We didn't realize it was daylight savings so we missed breakfast
