I found the rooms to be very clean. The staff are excellent. The whole hotel in general was clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

Liked: This was the best experience I have had with hotel staff in years. Every single person, from the baristas to the front desk staff to the maintenance person to the maids were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, it has nice views of the water, it's close to I-5 and is reasonably priced for what you get. Great breakfasts! Overall a great stay, we will be back.

Liked: Breakfast was $6.50 latte at your Starbucks.
Disliked: Management needs to curtail the wild screaming and thumping at 3:30 AM on the fourth floor Too far from Downtown Portland and the sights to see.

Good for a quick night.

Liked: Seems nice and upgraded. Lobby was pretty as well as the courtyard.
Disliked: Our bathroom baseboards were dirty and hair in one corner. The back of the bathroom door hinges were rusty and very old. The parking underneath was very small with little parking and tight spaces for SUV’s.
