Liked: I have no idea where the breakfast was served! Purchased coffee which didnt make me happy.Would have appreciated a magnifying mirror.
Disliked: Only fluffy pillows...too big for my comfort.

Staff were terrible

Liked: Hotel was easy to find, good location, clean & king bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We booked a room for 2 adults & 2 children, ages 12 & 8 years old. They gave us a room with a king bed & barely a twin pull out bed for both of the kids to sleep on. There were no blankets in the room for them either. Staff was very unpleasant, and rude during check in & asking for blankets.

Horrible and a headache I...

Liked: I purchased the room through a 3rd party app and was told they needed my card for a 25$ fee in case of damage I asked if my card would be ran for the room since I already paid for it and was told no. Next day I realized they did in fact run my card so I called and was informed they would do a reversal 3 days later and I’m still trying to get this solved and while on the phone with the staff telling them my frustration she HUNGUP on me so no will never be back it was not very clean you can hear the train and right outside is a homeless camp DONT STAY HERE!!!
Disliked: The fact that they couldn’t help me continued to lie and then hung up on me
