Hotel was clean; staff professional; small issue with getting the shuttle to pick us up.

Disliked: Getting the shuttle from the airport was a challenge. The hotel phone number listed on the website only rang to remote reservations, she said she couldn't help me. Or it rang option 2 was sales manager desk. After hours voicemail. Also didn't return my call. Had to take a taxi. Airport shuttle was one reason I chose this hotel. Front desk tried to credit the cost but ended up charging it instead. I had to call to get it fixed. Somewhat too automated and no barBed was too fluffy, it hurt my back
