Hotel was clean; staff professional; small issue with getting the shuttle to pick us up.

Good value, location was good,

Liked: It is in a good location in the waterfront, the weather on those days was not great so it limited our ability for long walks and most establishments were closed. Suggest to go after April.

Passable

Liked: Nice room, view, friendly staff
Disliked: The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. Staff indicated a problem with odd-numbered rooms had been noted. Also shower water was barely hot enough for a proper shower.

Sleeping not sleeping

Liked: It was a great location in and around the Portland harbor. We loved all the small restaurants and shop in walking distance.
Disliked: The mattress was like sleeping on a stone tablet. We tossed and turned all night. The pillows could have been 10 times better and a few more would have made it nicer. Not saying that I wouldn't stay here again, I might look into another hotel with better mattress and pillows next time.
