Liked: From the moment we walked into the Courtyard everyone was most pleasant and hospitable. Loved that transportation was available if needed. Appreciated being picked up and returned to the airport. Facilities were clean. and comfortable. \We had a wonderful stay in Portland, Maine.
Disliked: Our stay was from Friday - Monday. We thought our room would have been cleaned during our stay. We called twice on Saturday and Sunday to ask if trash could be collected... We were told yes. IT NEVER happened.

Liked: Location was great for what we wanted to do. It was clean and well maintained
Disliked: Lack of services- in room and in hotel. Had to request towel change, coffee pod replacement, no bottled water provided. No free coffee in lobby in am. Food available was minimal. For almost $1000 Canadian dollars per night I would expect more.
