Liked: Cleanliness and location
Disliked: The housekeepers tried to come into the room before we checked out. They started trying at like 9am and check out was 11am. Also wish there was tea in the room and not just coffee

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Room was comfortable and quiet; location on the waterfront was great; and parking was available on the street if you looked around for it.
Disliked: Pillows were a little too pouffy.

Great Hotel for short stay

Liked: We were very impressed with the hotel and pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance
Disliked: A Breakfast in the Hotel is the only thing I would wish during my next stay

Good

Liked: This hotel is well situated on Congress Street near Old Port in Portland. It has a pool and other amenities. If you like Portland this is a good place to stay.
Disliked: It's a bit expensive. Yes hotels in the United States can be overpriced but it's still not what I'd hope for in general. The pool was a bit run down and grimy. I thought the staff were well intentioned but very busy. Also call me spoiled but I appreciate a kettle over a k cup coffee maker.
