Liked: Welcome staff was polite and friendly. Location was good for what we wanted to do.
Disliked: WiFi was unusable. 1mbps each way. Hallway smelled of smoke. Room looked tired and windows seem like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Bath tap wobbly and sink clogged.

Our stay met our expectations...

Liked: I fell in our room (tripped over my husband’s feet). I fell forward on the hard floor. I was unable to get up on my own and my husband couldn’t help. We called the front desk. They sent a gentleman who I believe was named Steve. He WAS able to help me up and to a chair. I am so very grateful for the hotel and him!!!

Disliked: Very understaffed, checking in took way too long and we were tired but one poor guy doing it all.. they need to hire more staff! no free coffee in lobby

Disliked: Misleading and wrong information about the room packages in booking.com. Booked the breakfast included stay for 4 adults, the property informed that it is only for 2 adults.The hair dryer was also faulty and took more than an hour to replace.
