Enjoyed our stay - look forward to coming to Pittsburgh again sometime:)

Liked: It was wonderful. Great staff. Wonderful room. Super comfortable bed.

Not worth the rate.

Liked: Overpriced. Nothing that would set it apart . No coffee available. Everything was additional pricing. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The in room coffee maker did not work well. I would not recommend the facility.

Disappointed. Next time we will...

Disliked: Both elevators were out of service on our floor the day we checked out! We had to lug our numerous bags down the stairs. Fan in bathroom was always on with the light was on and very loud.

Poor on all fronts

Disliked: Checking in took an hour because they first wanted to overovercharge me and then couldn’t find the (cheaper) reservation I made online. It was 50 degrees in the poorly equipped gym and nothing could be done about it. They supposedly had breakfast until 9.30 am, but by 9 it was nowhere to be found.

It was a great stay...

Liked: I absolutely love the hot tub I love the balcony I loved the room it was neat it was clean the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful each and every time! The lobby was great and relaxing
Disliked: There were stink bugs in the room I guess from the balcony but the made it in the room I'm assuming from the vent that's connected because the door was closed which was pretty disgusting and they moved us to a new room where there weren't so many but still there! Also the extra charge that they require for accidentals which I completely understand I still have not received those payments back which the say it will be returned but never was I didn't like that at all because the rooms are already pretty pricey it adds up me and my family was there for a least a week or more and never got anything back I also wish that there were extended stay rates so while being homeless we chose to stay there but the rate increased depending on the days and it was just a lil hard we loved it but couldn't afford to stay anymore especially on top of the extra fees and taxes and accidentals
