Disliked: The hotel did not have my room reserved when I arrived but they did have the reservation for my coworker which I also made. I assume booking.com messed that up, luckily the place was not full so I got a room

Pure disappointment for a Marriott...

Liked: The location and the property itself was great.
Disliked: I called the Hotel itself 412 phone number to check on the dependability of the shuttle. Answer shuttle is available 4AM. Additionally, I also requested through bookings to communicate to the hotel that I need a shuttle. Then when we get to the hotel, the shuttle was completely booked for the following morning with four people limit for 4:30 AM shuttle . We had to get an Uber for the following morning at 4:20 to make sure that we make our flight. When we get to our room at the hotel , key did not work and there was someone in the room. You were given a second room, but the door was unlocked and the TV was on. This was unbelievable for a Marriott property.
