Good location, older hotel

Liked: The best feature of this accommodation is the location, you can hardly be closer to the historic center and also good accessibility from the train station, it is about 10 minutes on foot.
Disliked: The hotel's equipment is older and you can already tell, the first thing is a strange odor in the corridors. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, you can hear the neighbors and the intrusive music from the corridor. Bottled water is not available in the room, the minibar is empty, the hotel does not provide a bathrobe. One lamp in my room couldn't be turned off (due to a broken vipinac) so I had to pull it out of the wall to sleep. On Sunday at 9 in the morning, the alarm sounded in the hotel that we should leave it, but the voice on the intercom said that it was a failure of the automatic system and nothing was being done. Again in 20 minutes. I didn't know if the patch was on fire or what, or if it was a test/system failure. The staff didn't even mention it at check out, which was even more strange.
