Liked: You pay for the location, is right in the city center so it doesn`t get better than this. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, plus the complimentary filtered water at every floor.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooms as not as soundproofed as I expected for such a hotel. And we had an experience that never happened before: during the day of our check-out, the cleaning lady woke us up at 8am just by entering the room, no knocking or anything else

Not a 4 star experience

Liked: The location was great. All members of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The coffee corner and fresh water access on every floor and in the lobby are nice. The size of the bed is great.
Disliked: Thanks for other reviews, we used the parking across the street as the hotel has limited and small spots. The noise insolation is non existintent. We heard traffic, every neighbor, people passing by on the corridor, phones, etc. The mattress felt old and too firm, the pillows were not great and the water pressure was very weak.
