Disliked: No included breakfast like the sister hotel joining it. No tea in our room, just coffee.

Liked: It was a very convenient location for what we had planned. The hotel was ok, but nothing special.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights. They told me when I checked in that housekeeping was only offered every other day, and they asked if I would like it. I said yes. The third night, we returned to the hotel late at night to find that the room had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk, the attendant told me that I had opted out of housekeeping on booking.com when I had reserved the room. I told her that that was incorrect, and she argued with me. The same attendant was the one who had asked me if I wanted housekeeping when I checked in, and I had responded yes. I then asked her if we could at least get clean towels and a few other items (the body wash in the room was completely empty). She acted annoyed at my request, but delivered the items about a half an hour later. We were very tired and wanted to go to bed. Also the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows (only 3 per bed, when it should have been 4) were old and flat.
