Nice Hotel in Philly

Disliked: Only issue for me was that the coffee maker was not in the room. Had 6 coffee pods (Keurig), cups,cream/sugar, but no coffee maker. As I checked out, I informed the desk. I'm sure they'll take care of it pronto.

Liked: The check in experience was horrible, the staff member that checked us in was very rude and argumentative! He would not honor the AAA discount that we were quoted when we booked! Would not even look at my email with the confirmation number! It was his way or no way! It was so bad I just gave up and paid what he said ! Because of how my family and I were treated by him I will not be staying there again when I visit Philly! The Hotel itself was Beautiful!

Overpriced Hotel that needs work

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The chair at the desk was beat up and looked unclean so I had to put a towel over it to sit in it. The air/heat unit sounded like a plane taking off every time it kicked in. The check-in representative did not tell me I needed to purchase a $14 pink ticket to put in my car for the overnight stay. The breakfast, if you went to breakfast, was not free. It would cost you $19. The hotel was not well maintained and the price for a room was too high for a 2 star hotel.
