Nice, alittle outdated in rooms

Liked: The convenience to civic center
Disliked: I think your understaffed. Should have more than 1 or 2 people working bistro.

Room was clean but overall...

Liked: The location was great for staying near the concert venue; room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Hot tub closed with no prior notice and was a deciding reason for staying there; Bistro was horrible - staff unable to make mix drinks and didn't know what wine they had, food on menu didn't match what was available; confusion on parking fee which appeared free for guests on the internet but was charged $15

Staying here was completely and...

Liked: The fact that this hotel was connected to the Civic Center was a definite plus for me since I was going to concerts there!!!! Didn’t have to drive and the parking garage was very convenient!!!
Disliked: You seriously need to hire someone to run your Bistro there. My experience was not a good one. I ordered Hummus and waited 40 minutes or more and never got it. I watched the African American gentleman toss a perfectly good pizza in the garbage—he clearly had no clue what he was doing. I asked him a few times do you know when my Hummus will be ready and each time he told me I’m working on it….I paid $14 for a bottle of Pepsi…funny it took me 3 seconds at the Civic Center to get a burger fries and a coke.
