Liked: The room was very unique.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was a snotty little thing, the screen on our front porch was kicked off, the TV was completely taken apart and non-functioning, was the worst location to find a resort mixed in and up with two others price was not that good either

Liked: The facility was exceptionally clean. The bed linens were spotless, and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: A rare even occurred, whereby snow fell for a total of many inches. This area is not prepared for such an event and normal operations in the city were disrupted. My husband and I came from a neighboring county because we both work in Pensacola and traveling at a later time would not have been possible. We had to be up early for work. In the wee hours of the morning, (but still dark outside) someone with a loud leaf blower was outside, very close by, attempting to clear snow from the parking lot. This noise continued for what seemed like forever. Calls were placed to the front desk, with no answer.

Liked: I liked the room it was nice and cozy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The facilities in the lobby were very clean and hospitable.
Disliked: Well the staff up front was very sketchy. At my check in I gave the young lady my ID, she claimed she couldn't find my reservation she advised I call the 3rd party I booked with. I sat in the lobby while I called them, the 3rd tried calling the front desk where she put him on hold for over 10 mins to check in other guest. I waited for her to pick up the phone for them. The 3rd party gets back on the phone and says I've been on hold for awhile would you like to stay at another location? Note its about 8 or 8 30pm, I said no its late im at the front desk I am very tired. So I got to the front desk associate, and I told her they're trying to reach you, she gets on the phone with them finally and says oh I found her reservation and says the 3rd party booked it under my first name, keep in mind this young lady had my ID and should have been found my reservation. This is the only issue I had with my stay. Maybe she should be trained again. It's never taken me that long to check in anywhere. I've worked for and stayed at many hotels and I've never experienced this before. I hope I don't have any delays in the future.
