I did not stay due...

Liked: I have requested an early check in due to a medical condition and procedure having done in that area. There were several people in the lobby when I walked in that the front desk told me we’re ahead of me to come back at 12:30 came back at 12:30 then she told me another hour after she told Customer in front of me that there was one room but he didn’t want that type of room he went around the higher floor. She never offered me that room, so I canceled and went somewhere else.
Disliked: I would like for them to approve hotels.com cancellation with no fee because they did not meet my expect

It wasnt what was advertised.

Liked: 1st room wasn't cleaned properly. Had a bug on the bed, body hair in the bed and previous guest under garments covered in hair behind the desk. Also no where was it stated that you have to pay to park in the parking lot! Never have i had to pay to park in a hotel that dont have valet!
Disliked: Cleaneless and hidden parking fees.
