The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and helpful!

Liked: Lovely hotel, I liked that you have a bar. That was convenient.
Disliked: The hotel is being renovated, which was. not disclosed when I paid for the room on line. While the renovations did not interfere with with our stay, it would have been nice to know that there were some limitations.

Would never book at that...

Liked: No complimentary breakfast, no coffee, tea, or water in lobby. Whole lobby and most floors under construction.
Disliked: Just about the whole hotel was under renovations. Would have appreciated knowing that fact before I booked.

Disliked: decor a bit tired. plug wastes need cleaning more often ( had to remove hair with stick to get water to run out. didn't want to stay in and wait for maintenance although I am sure they would have done it)

If you want to be...

Liked: This was my dream location to explore the city and experience downtown. I didn’t realize how good the location was until I was there even though I thought it would be pretty good. The staff was top notch throughout our stay. This place is the model of what a courtyard by Marriott should be based on. 5 stars. Love the staff!!!❤️
Disliked: We had some minor maintenance issues with our room but they were addressed immediately.
