Liked: Room was clean and modern.
Disliked: The parking process was a terrible experience. It took me 45 minutes to figure out how to park the car. Invoice should have been issued on company, however I checked the invoice and It was not for company but my name. The staff told me that they did not have any invoice details, even though I have entered these details in the making of the booking. Which caused a delay for my check out process. For the next time it would be nice to make this process smoother, I was on my bussines trip and this is not acceptable.

Perfect for the night before...

Liked: So easy to get to hotel from CDG airport! Walk from tram to hotel via well marked path. Property had fresh, upscale decor. Sparkling clean. Amenities worked—hot water kettle, hairdryer, etc. Lighting was warm but filled the entire room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quality shampoo and conditioner. It is the nicest “airport” hotel I’ve stayed in! Five stars!
Disliked: All was positive.
