Liked: The check in staff was very good but it went downhill from there
Disliked: They messed up our billing by not charging for one of five rooms. When I pointed it out to the check-out clerk, he argued with me. He also didn't give me all the receipts as requested. There was an unexplained one-dollar charge for each room,The thermostat did not work. The room was serviced only once. I should not have to ask for service for a $250 - $300 /night room.

Disliked: Pool wasn’t open. No microwave or waste basket in room. Housekeeping every other day. No complimentary breakfast. Pay for parking.
