Disliked: Loud guests, maybe late teens or early 20s girls, waking us up at 3am.The day after, they made so much weird noises we thought a kid was in trouble. After complaining to concierge, they came back up and even made more noises intentionally.Pretty outdated amenities in the room.TV Remote was ancient and could not change channels easily, giving us very hard time, had to stick with one channel unless we couldn't go back to it easily.The coffee maker was another story, it had the capacity of only one cup, had to fill it through the cup as there was no tank to remove and fill up. Maybe the very initial generation of Keurig Coffee makers which ws another story.Mattress wasn't perfect.Another the end, with the money we paid, for a low seasonal stay in Ottawa was pretty high.
