Would definitely not return to this hotel.

Liked: Average.
Disliked: Lukewarm shower; noisy air conditioner; ice maker on third floor broken and no free breakfast.

The Spirit Airlines of hotels:...

Liked: Excellent location near UCF, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores
Disliked: Breakfast was NOT REPEAT NOT available as advertised. After arriving we were informed that breakfast was an additional $45 per room for coffee, orange juice, and a breakfast sandwich.Also, the pool was "temporarily" closed for maintenance for the entirety of our stay.

From all the great reviews...

Liked: The prosperity was clean easy to locate and walking distance to the university so that was convenient. It also has a few walking distance fast food restaurants close by as well.
Disliked: Parking was a bit limited. I was able to hear the other guess from my room. Very limited space in the lobby area.

Convenient, a little pricey, easy...

Liked: Clean, bathroom very good and stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer.
Disliked: No convenience outlet for coffee maker. Would have liked a better breakfast option.
