Excellent Facility but staff needs...

Liked: Very clean. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. Comfortable lounge/waiting area. We had a first floor room with direct access to the pool. Great air and water temp controls in the room and shower.
Disliked: Miscommunication and misreading of the booking code led to a large charge on our room for breakfast. We were told twice that breakfast was included in our specific reservation, then were charged for the breakfast upon checkout. $18 for a cookie and fruit cup is highway robbery. We had plenty of food in our room we could have eaten if we had not been told breakfast was included.No trash can in the bathroom. No bags in the trash cans (we used our own) just paper liners in the bottom. Not sure if these cans are washed every time but no bag liners in a trash can is kind of gross.

Overall pretty good. Average water...

Liked: The hotel is extremely clean, and the cleaning manager, Jasoda, is amazing. She ensures you have everything you need and goes the extra mile. She works very hard! We were happy to see her again.
Disliked: Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. It started off well when we checked in around 4 PM, and the lady at the desk informed us that we had free breakfast included. However, the next morning, my husband asked the front desk about the breakfast around 6:30 AM, as the restaurant had told him we did not have free breakfast. The lady at the front desk confirmed that we did not.I called the front desk to explain that we were told the previous day that breakfast was included and that I had selected this option when booking. Unfortunately, I was rudely informed that we did not have free breakfast. I suggested that if there was a mix-up on their end, they should honor the free breakfast, but I was told that would not happen. This caused a significant inconvenience as my husband and father had to go out to get breakfast, making us late for our plans.After we had already purchased breakfast and left for the day around 7:30 AM, I received a call from another staff member informing me that we did indeed have free breakfast. I mentioned the rude interaction with the previous staff member and was told that she was stressed and that the issue was due to booking through a third party Booking, which caused confusion with where to find the codes.We will not be rebooking this hotel. It’s unfortunate because we had previously stayed here during a hurricane and received stellar service. The guest services desk needs better training to avoid such issues. This experience cost us extra money and time.

Liked: Stayed 1 night. Used the shuttle to and from the airport which was very convenient! Also, left our car there for 10 days for a reasonable fee. Food was very tasty at their little cafe.
