Liked: The quiet and cleanliness of the rooms
Disliked: The beds could have been a little more comfortable and breakfast wasn’t great. I wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be what it was. I figured it was going to bed an open breakfast.

Liked: Only stayed one night but it was worth it. I had a concert this hotel was just a 10 minute drive away. Very comfortable bed the room was spacious, if I find myself having to stay in La Vista again I will definitely stay here.

Beautiful property, extra fees for...

Liked: It’s a beautiful property with lovely common areas. The bar and bistro were appreciated after a long day of driving. The staff member at checkin was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room clean.
Disliked: We couldn’t use any of the facilities because it was overrun with unsupervised children and parents filling it ALL up. It was noisy. Most Marriotts have brewed coffee thermos available or a continental breakfast but this one did not. Parking is extra if you aren’t a Member

Overall a great value but...

Liked: First thing I noticed is that even though it was 0 degrees outside it was warm and humid in the hotel lobby I think because of the water feature. It was quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: This property does not offer complimentary breakfast. It is something you have to check apparently every Courtyard can do their own thing. The TV was old, slow, and tiny. Light fixture in the bathroom was falling down. They also make you go through hoops about the parking but I am guessing because of the location they get a lot of people parking in their lot that aren't staying with them?

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: No services. No bistro. No bar. Only limited hours of coffee. Elevator floors had spilled wine the 3 days we were there. Not cleaned up.
