We would revisit possibly if...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: No services. No bistro. No bar. Only limited hours of coffee. Elevator floors had spilled wine the 3 days we were there. Not cleaned up.

Booking.com dropped the ball.

Liked: The hotel was great but I was unable to stay because Booking.com lost my trantransaction.
Disliked: The chance that Booking.com can ruin what should be a simple transaction and leave you and your family waiting and struggling to find other arrangements.
