Just very disappointing and thinking...

Liked: The intake manager when I checked in was rude, but the manager the day I left was great. Although he couldn't adjust my 1st night because booking com messed up my reservation . I originally scheduled 2 nights of. King room. Which I finally changed over but they did not adjust the price and did not inform me of the difference in price. Also I was never told there would be no breakfast or food on 12/24 and 12/25! I have stayed in many courtyards including this one and this is the only time I have been disappointed!
Disliked: Manager no adjustment to my rate and no food or drink both days

We had a comfortable room...

Liked: The location was perfect for us and we will probably stay there again in the future.
Disliked: It’s nice when there’s bottled water in the room.

Disliked: There were cockroaches in our room, so we checked right back out. At least they gave us our money back

Not bad, but you have...

Liked: Location is great. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The walk-in showers allow water to go everywhere in the bathroom. You have to have multiple bathmats to soak up the water. Also, even though there is a no smoking policy in the hotel, my room had a smell similar to one that is trying to cover up a smoking smell. Not pleasant.
