Not worth it.

Liked: People were being loud and drinking alcohol in the hot tub/pool area. Staff was dismissive of me when my wife reported it, which was odd considering the rules on the wall stated that it was not allowed. We ended up not being able/willing to utilize the hot tub or pool area because of this.I called down to the front desk to ask if they had an HDMI cable that I could use. Which I expect based on the sign next to the TV which said to call the front desk for assistance. Front desk attendant said no problem, I'll bring on up in just a minute. 20 minutes later, I went down to get it myself. When I asked about it in person, 1 attendant said they didn't have any and the other person, who I spoke with on the phone, chimed in and said he told me they had one. 10 minutes later they were able to locate it.

Disliked: I had asked for a room with a tub because the whole purpose of my trip was to relax in the tub after a long week. On the phone the lady said yes. When I got to the property it was a no. I was very disappointed. The man at the front desk could care less.

Electricity out at home needed...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and modern. The usual Marriott standards.
Disliked: There was a dog in the room next to mine that barked when anyone opened a door near by.

Liked: It was clean and a good location
Disliked: The staff - the person who checked me in took a long time to come to counter - even though no one was there. They were not present the entire time I was there. There were toddlers and little kids in hot tun playing ball one day and the next they had speakers and loud music while filming TikTok’s without supervision. All were young. No staff said anything. There were children dancing on tables and chairs in lobby.

Just very disappointing and thinking...

Liked: The intake manager when I checked in was rude, but the manager the day I left was great. Although he couldn't adjust my 1st night because booking com messed up my reservation . I originally scheduled 2 nights of. King room. Which I finally changed over but they did not adjust the price and did not inform me of the difference in price. Also I was never told there would be no breakfast or food on 12/24 and 12/25! I have stayed in many courtyards including this one and this is the only time I have been disappointed!
Disliked: Manager no adjustment to my rate and no food or drink both days
