The room itself was fine. The little things that are usually expected were not up to par or not there. Like a microwave. The refridgerator didn’t work. Was supposed to get a balcony room. Evidently if you book your room six months or more in advance, it’s fair game to bump you to another room and charge you the same price for fewer amenities. When we went back to the hotel, there was a line waiting for the elevator. So we walked six flights up to our room. The next day one of the elevators was making awful noises so we avolded taking that one. I have been here before and usually it’s great. This time, not so much.

Liked: Parts of the room were in top condition.
Disliked: The refridgerator didn’t work or we couldn’t get it to work. There was no microwave.

Clean; was within walking distance of concert; felt safe and will definitely be staying here again.

Disliked: None.

I was disappointed with the clerk. He was rude.

Liked: Clean; convenient.
Disliked: There were no wash cloths in the room. Desk clerk was not helpful or friendly.

Hotel was centrally located and in easy walking distance to Bricktown and Chesapeake Energy Center. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Liked: Excellent location.
